Are iPint's online certificates approved by EASA, FAA, DGCA, or GCAA?
EASA or similar authorities do not issue specific approvals to organizations for the delivery of regulatory training or aviation professional development. ATO approval applies exclusively to pilot and cabin crew training, while MTO (Part-147) approval is limited to Part-66 engineer training. Instead, the "approval" is actually an acceptance granted by the receiving organization (Part-CAMO, Part-145, or Part-ORO).
Why don't iPint's certificates bear EASA approval numbers?
It is not a requirement for training service providers to provide EASA or similar organizational approval numbers on training certificates. Under EASA regulatory frameworks, the Compliance or Quality Manager of your organization is responsible for confirming that the training meets the organization's specific requirements.
Do the certificates issued have an expiry date?
Generally, certificates do not expire. However, specific recurrent training or reviews are required every 24 months for certain subjects, such as Human Factors (HF), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), and Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS).
Is there a way to verify the authenticity of the certificates online?
Yes. Each certificate includes a unique QR code that allows for worldwide verification using a mobile phone or web browser. This digital verification ensures that the certificate is genuine and authentic.
What formats of training do iPint offer?
To suit different learning styles and corporate needs, we offer three distinct training formats:
Self-Paced Training: Flexible learning that allows you to study at your own speed and convenience.
Recorded Sessions: Access to recorded versions of previous live training sessions, combining the depth of live instruction with the flexibility of on-demand viewing.
Live Training: Real-time interactive sessions conducted for either corporate groups or individual learners.
How do I access the different course formats offered by iPint?
We offer three flexible ways to access our training. Choose the format that fits your schedule:
Self-Paced Trainings Select your course and complete the payment online. You will receive an immediate confirmation email. You can then log in to our interactive Learning Management System and start learning right away. Once finished, simply leave your feedback and rating.
Recorded Sessions Enroll and pay via the website to receive an access link via email. Note: You will have a 7–10 day window to complete the training video. Once the viewing period is over, the iPint team will issue your certificate.
Live Trainings Enroll in a specific live session and mark your calendar. You will join the trainer online on the scheduled date. Upon successful completion of the live session, our team will assist you in downloading your certificate.
How and when can I download my certificate?
The download process depends on the format of the course you have chosen:
For Self-Paced Courses: You can directly download your certificate once you have completed all course modules and passed the associated quizzes with a score of at least 80%. We also provide a video guide to assist you with this process.
For Recorded and Live Trainings: Please contact our support team. Our admin will verify your attendance and completion and assist you personally in downloading your certificate.
What payment methods do iPint accept?

How is my personal data protected?
We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of course administration, certification, and account management. Can I share my login credentials with a colleague?
No. Your account and course access are for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in the suspension of your account without a refund. If you require training for multiple employees, please contact us for corporate licensing options.
What is your refund policy?
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact support immediately. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are generally only available if the course has not yet been accessed or started.
Do I own the course materials after purchase?
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use. The intellectual property rights for all content, videos, and documents remain with us.
